Vegetable ragout

1 eggplant
2 small squashes
2-3 potatoes(medium size)
1/2 cabbage
1 cauliflower
1 carrot
1/2 parsley root
1 can green peas
1 clove
salt,pepper,bay leaves
1 onion
garlic

Before you start doing it,put cauliflower in a pot,add salt and boil till it is almost ready.
Peel potatoes,cut them in small slices and fry them.Fry grated carrot,onion,parsley separately.
Put vegetables in a pan,add sour-cream sauce or tomato sauceand saute for 10-15 min. Cut and add squash,eggplants,cabbage,cauliflower divided into flowers,
bay leaves,pepper,cloves adn saute for another 15-20 min.
5-10 min. before serving add peas,1 clove of crushed garlic and spices.
