Chop onion and fry in olive oil until tender,not brown.Wash and trim the ends.Cut each
okra crosswise about 1/2 inch long and add to onions. Fry for 5 min.,add tomato sauce
and the same amount of water,pepper,salt to taste, basil and oregano and let it simmer
for a while(appx. 10-15 min)
