Soups,bouillons
The taste of bouillon is getting worse when you keep it hot for a long time.
Salted water is boiling longer than not salted.
Don't leave bay leaves in a made soup.
After you add the next ingredient to soup,boil it and add anothe one. If you have to add water,add only hot one.
Before taking the soup from the oven,add some fresh carrot, tomato or cabbage juice.It'll make it's taste better and add some vitamines to it.
