Stuffed trout on pan


Yield: 2 servings

2 trouts 2-3 cups water
1 cup white dry wine
1 onion
bay leaves,salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup sour-cream
1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup scallion
2 tbsps chopped parsley
3 tbsps butter
lemon

Clean trout,take the inside out.Cut fins,head and bones out,put them in a deep pan,add onion,
bay leaves,salt and pepper.Pour water and dry white wine and boil for 20 min.Remove and discard
fins,head and bones.
At the same time,prepare the stuffing: mix breadcrumbs with sour-cream,add
fried mushrooms,scallion,parsley,salt and pepper.Stuff trout with this mixture and sew.
Add butter to the pan with bouillon and place trout in it carefully.Bake for 25 min until trout
is soft.Take it out.
Boil bouillon for 5 minutes,add sour-cream.Put slices of lemon on trout and
bouiloon over it.Good appetite.
