Clams with black bean sauce


Yield: 2 servings

2 doz.clams
2 tbsps black bean sauce,mashed
2 cloves garlic,mashed
1 tbsp wine
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp broth or water
corn or potato starch
1 tbsp oil

Wash clams,put them in the oven and wait till they open.Throw the ones that are closed.
Mix the black beans,garlic,wine or soy sauce,sugar,salt with the broth in a small bowl.
Heat this mixture,stirring.If the sauce is runny,thicken with a little cornstarch.
