White sauce(main)


2 cups meat bouillon
1 tbsp flour
40 g butter
1 onion
parsley root
salt,pepper

Cut onions and parsley,fry in a pan with oil,then add flour.Stir all
the time,heat flour till it becomes yellow.Slowly add bouiloon to it,
add pepper and boil for 15-30 min.Strain,add salt,lemon juice,butter and
heat.
