Cut veal in slices.Put in a medium size pot and brown in 1 tbsp of oil
together with onion.Wash mushrooms,cut them in thin slices.When veal is
brown,add mushrooms.Stir with wooden spoon until the water starts vapouring
out.Put flour and continue to brown.Pour wine,bouillon mixed with tomato
puree.Salt to taste.Cover with lid and put in the oven for 15 min.
