Beat the beef meat and put in cold place for an hour.Cut garlic into small pieces
and stick inside the meat.Sprinkle meat with flour,salt and pepper,heat olive oil in
a casserole and brown the meat.Cut onion in small pieces or in round
slices and add to meat as well as boiling water.Stew under a cover,adding
water if needed.In 50-60 min. meat should be ready.
