1 lb beef
100g white bread
3 eggs
100 g dry or fresh mushrooms
bread crumbs
300g tomato or sour-cream sauce
pepper,salt
Mix grinded beef with bread soaked in milk before,make cutlets as thick as
a finger.Mix boiled eggs,mushrooms and fried onions,add salt and pepper.Put this
stuffing inside a cutlet,coat cutlets with bread crumbs and fry on a pan.Serve
with sour-cream sauce
or tomato sauce.
