Turkey with apricots


2 lb(800 g) turkey
2 cups apricots(fresh or dry)
2 onions
2 tbsps tomato puree
1 cup water or bouillon
1 tsp flour
salt,sugar
pepper,cinnamon to taste

Wash and cut turkey in slices,fry in butter or oil and put in a casserole.
Add fried onions,tomato puree,sugar,cinnamon,a little bit of bouillon.Cover
it with a lid and stew for 30-35 min.Then add washed apricots,a little bit
of fried flour mixed with bouillon and stew for another 5-6 min.When it is
ready ,sprinkle with dill and parsley.
