Delicious meatloaf

Yield: 4-6

1 lb groung veal
2 lb ground beef
1 large onion
2 green peppers
4-5 cloves garlic
black pepper
1 can(8 oz.) tomato sauce
salt
oregano
shredded cheese on top
4 eggs
vegetable or olive oil

Cut onions, green peppers and crushed garlic and fry on a pan until tender.Mix meat,eggs
black pepper,salt,oregano, tomato sauce and fried vegetables.Leave a little bit
of tomato sauce in a can for spreading on top 10 minutes before it's ready.Put
the mixture into foil and cover it with oil to prevent sticking. Shape the
mixture firmly into a loaf shape baking pan.Cover the pan tightly with foil,
Bake the meat loaf in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 1-2 hours.Uncover the meat
loaf, brush down with remaining tomato sauce and bake it 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle
with shredded cheese and put back to the oven for 5 minutes.Let the meat loaf rest for
10 minutes before serving.
