Seikel goulash


Yield: 4 servings

1 lb pork
1 lb sauerkraut
4 oz.(113g)tomato puree
black pepper,salt
flour
1-2 onions
2g cumin
120g sour cream
garlic

Wash pork,cut in slices.Cut onion, brown in oil,add black pepper,add meat and fry
till half done.After that add tomato puree,sauerkraut,cumin(whole or grinded) and
stew till it is done.
Add flour to sour cream,mix well.Pour this mixture to the meat,add crushed garlic,
mix well,stew till ready.
