Farmer's cheese balls


1/2 lb farmer cheese
2tbsp semolina
1 egg
sugar to taste(appx.2 tsp)
bread crumbs
butter
sour-cream

Take fresh farmer cheese,add semolina,sugar and eggs.Mix everything
well and leave for 15-20 minutes.Out of this mixture make 2 inch balls
and boil in salted water under a cover for 10 minutes.
While you're boiling the balls,you can brown breadcrumbs in fat,add some butter
and sugar to it.
When they are done,take the balls out of the water with a sieve and serve
with breadcrumbs and sour-cream.
