Whites in chocolate


Servings:4

For whites-
6 eggs
80 g sugar

For chocolate sauce-
2 egg yolks
60 g sugar
12 g potato starch
180 g milk
20 g cocoa powder
20 g walnuts

Separate egg whites from yolks,whip whites well,take a tablespoon,dip it in water
every time you take egg whites.Put water to boil,take a tablespoon of egg whites
and put put it into the boiling water for 2-3 min, turning them occasionally.Take
them out of the water, put them on a sift, letting the water to go.
At the same time prepare chocolate sauce.Mix egg yolks with sugar well adding starch,
pour cocoa that was dissolved in milk.Put everything on the oven and stir all the time.
Leave the sauce to cool off.Put the whites in nice plates,pour chocolate sauce over it
and put walnuts on top. Serve cold.
