500 g apples
120 g flour
3 eggs
120 g milk
20 g sugar
60 g sour-cream
4 g salt
40 g powdered sugar
Wash apples,peel the skin and take the inside out,cut in slices 5mm each and sprinkle
with sugar.Mix egg yolks,sugar,salt,sour-cream and flour,mix well and add milk .
Carefully add whipped whites and mix well.Dip pieces of apple to this dough,quickly
put them on a heated pan and brown.Sprinkle with powdered sugar while serving.
