4 apples
80 g apricot jam
40 g egg whites
8 g powdered sugar
Wash apples,take the inside out starting with the top and fill the apples with
apricot jam.Whip the egg whites till you have a very thick creme.Cover the top
of the apple with this creme and bake in the oven for 2-3 min until it is lightly
brown on top.
