2 lbs(906 g) farmer's cheese
3-4 tbsps. flour
3 eggs
pinch of vanilla sugar
20 g sugar
4 g salt
sour-cream
your favourite jam
Mix farmer's cheese,eggs,flour,sugar and salt. Put some flour into a separate plate,
form a small patty and cover it with flour. Fry on a pan until lightly brown.Serve
with sour-cream and your favourite jam.
