Liver pate

Yield: 3-4

1 lb chicken liver
butter or any kind vegetable spread
whole black pepper
bay leaves
1 onion
salt

Boil liver in a pan adding whole black peppers,bay leaves and salt.
When ready, let it cool off and grind adding butter or vegetable spread.
I use "I can't believe it's not butter" because it doesn't get hard in a
refrigerator. Can be eaten for breakfast on bread,rolls,etc.
